Project Title: “Caffeine Extraction/Decaffeination from Commercial Coffee Beans”
Designing small-scale coffee bean decaffeination process for independent coffee shops to sell their own decaffeinated coffee/ coffee beans. In order to identify the quality of the decaffeination process, caffeine extraction techniques are harnessed to measure caffeine levels before and after decaffeination process.

Fluid Dynamics Hand Pump Project , Rutgers University, New Brunswick, NJ

Collaborated with a group of 4 students to design a low-cost and lightweight hand pump for Fluid Dynamics course using cheap materials such as water bottles and PVC pipes. Pump constructed had a 4-gallon/minute flow rate.
