Overview
The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience. Cannabis industry experience is preferred, but not required. Associates will work closely with clients and senior attorneys in the preparation and drafting of core legal documents, providing compliance and regulatory advice, assisting with legal research and attending seminars along with any and all other duties assigned by supervisor. Some local travel (within 200 miles) may be necessary. Opportunity to work in an energetic and creative environment with upward mobility for those that show initiative and skill. Admission to CA state bar and is required. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
